The Role

As an Indirect Procurement Officer, you will support the effective procurement of goods and services from our suppliers.

Aiming to achieve the best value for money possible, you will conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate the best possible delivery of services.

Building excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, you will implement service level agreements, aligned to our contract management, to monitor suppliers against targets.

Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with colleagues to increase awareness of our procurement policies
- Undertake supplier benchmarking
- Use market intelligence to advise on achieving business targets

About You

To be considered as an Indirect Procurement Officer, you will need:

- At a minimum, a Level 4 CIPS qualification or relevant experience
- Experience within a procurement function for a multi-site organisation
- Experienced in using Excel at an advanced level
- The ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers
- Fantastic communication and influencing skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own a vehicle

Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with multiple vendors.
