About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at Medstrom. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in supporting our supply chain and procurement activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best prices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services
  • Resolve any order or price discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide order cover and support to the team during holidays and sickness
Requirements
  • Experience working in a purchasing environment, preferably with a similar industry
  • Proficiency in using computerized ordering tools and software
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Basic PC skills, including email and MS Office
  • Experience with Business Central is a plus, but not essential
