Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage supplier visits utilizing an Excel tracking system.
- Oversee documentation management, including filing and coordinating with digital services for document scanning.
- Maintain and update documents received from the supply chain.
- Process requisitions for office supplies through the designated procurement system.
- Address customer inquiries regarding historical records.
Candidate Profile:
- Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Adaptable to meet the business's demands during critical periods.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

This position requires the candidate to possess a minimum of Security Check (SC) clearance without any restrictions. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be UK nationals or, in specific cases approved by the MoD, dual nationals from non-ITAR countries.
