We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to play a crucial role in establishing a global supply network and unlocking opportunities across the industry.

Role Objectives:

This position offers a unique chance to engage in the development of Small Modular Reactors, playing a vital part in the journey towards decarbonization and achieving global net-zero targets.

Formulate and implement a procurement strategy for the PDP/EPC supply chain partnership, facilitating the deployment of power stations.

Lead and coordinate tender processes to evaluate, review, and select EPC/PDP partners utilizing established procurement methodologies.

Oversee project management for procurement activities within this partnership workstream.

Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, ensuring effective processes are in place.

Candidate Profile

Experience in regulated supply chain environments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, procurement, or supply chain management, having successfully navigated challenging objectives and tight deadlines. Experience across various functions, including strategy, commercial operations, project management, and logistics, is preferred.

Strategic Framework Application

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to deploy frameworks that develop targeted strategies to meet business objectives, while recognizing global opportunities and regulatory variations.

Category Management Expertise

Experience in managing or collaborating with organizations that execute infrastructure projects as EPC is essential. Familiarity with highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, power generation, and construction is highly beneficial.

Stakeholder Engagement Skills

Effective communication with various functions, including engineering, commercial, and project management, is crucial. Representing the organization with external stakeholders requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and nurturing a high-performance supply chain team. Collaboration with team members to generate insightful reports on business performance and supply chain activities is expected. Implementing performance management processes to set objectives, track progress, and provide constructive feedback will be key to fostering continuous improvement.
