Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at 1st Executive Ltd. As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing category strategies to ensure a robust and competitive supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure early engagement with engineering and suppliers to source the best products.
  • Manage multiple projects and resources to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to deliver mutual benefits.
  • Work with suppliers and engineering teams to identify new technologies and innovations to reduce costs and add value.

Requirements:

  • Significant procurement experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering sector.
  • OEM Engine commodity experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing global category strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong internal relationships and experience working with technical engineers.
