Have you got excellent verbal and written communication skills?

If so, we have great opportunity for a Fines Administrator to join our very busy Fleet Management Team.

Some of the things you will be doing:

- Opening and sorting all post received into the business.
- Accurately recording of all documents received.
- Scanning and saving all documents on to our platform.
- Respond to all notices received within the allowed time frames using on-line portals, secure data transfer, using Royal Mail recorded delivery or first-class post.
- Large volume processing and data input
- Handling and completing documents that have a legal implication for the business.
- Completing Daily Imports of fines into our platform.
- Handling Enforcement Agents on Site.
- Timely resolution of queries to ensure all queries are cleared promptly

Experience and/or knowledge of commercial vehicles is desirable, but not essential. A great attitude and work ethic is a must
