An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a full time Office Administrator in our Mortgage Support Team based at Head Office. If you are have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and are organised, with an administration background then you could be the person we are looking for to support our extremely busy team of Mortgage Advisors.

**The Role**

You will need to be articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to prioritise workloads, work under pressure to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A background in mortgage process or a strong administration background is advantageous, however, training will be provided. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential.

**Job Description**:

- Answer telephone calls, take and distribute messages
- Chase missing documentation and log information on spreadsheets/system
- General office duties such as filing, post, general correspondence etc.
- Check completed files ensuring documentation complete prior to archiving
- To fully understand and operate Company policies and procedures
- Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility

You will need:

- A strong administration background
- Excellent keyboard skills, competent in MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- To project a friendly, cooperative and productive relationship with all Manning Stainton personnel and sales offices
- An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

**Salary**: From £22,308.00 per year
