We are a close-knit HR team who work hard to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace though influencing and shaping culture. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident & outgoing individual to join our busy HR Team at Northern Estate Agencies Group, based in Leeds LS16 as our HR Administrator to provide proactive HR Administration support, alongside encouraging effective employee engagement, recruitment, retention, training and development of all employees in line with company policies, quality standards and legislation. They will have a positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn. Previous HR experience is not essential however a passion to develop a career in HR is. This role will be administrative based, and people orientated, being the point of contact of employee support.

**Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Complete HR related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist with the of recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, CV searches, & organising interview schedules.
- Prepare offer of employment documents.
- Update and maintain records on our HR system.
- Produce monthly employment audit reports and chase updated documents where required.
- Maintain monthly HR recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and issue monthly correspondence.
- Collate monthly payroll documentation.
- Manage the shared HR inbox and deal with first line enquiries.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence such as contract variations, pay changes, promotions, internal transfers etc.
- Absence management eg updating individual absence records.
- Ensure appropriate Right to work checks are carried out, producing new starter paperwork and contracts of employment.
- Keep all current HR information correct and in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Provide administrative support to the Group HR Team.
- Assisting in delivery of HR Projects/ initiatives as required.
- Any other duties as directed.

- High level of attention to detail.
- Work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Effectively manage own time.
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle as occasional travel across the Group network will be required. (desirable but not essential)

Salary Up to £24,000.

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
