In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our employee journey:

- **Onboarding Orchestrator**: Executing a seamless onboarding program for new hires, fostering a warm and positive first impression from offer letter to day one at RTC North.
- **Communication Champion**: Cultivate an open and communicative culture by actively listening to employee questions and concerns with empathy and patience.
- **Data Integrity Guardian**: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of HR systems, ensuring all employee information is readily accessible and up to date.
- **Innovation Architect**: Participate in and champion exciting projects and initiatives aimed at optimising the effectiveness and quality of our HR services.

To be our HR rockstar, you'll need:

- 2+ years of HR Administration experience, showcasing your passion for supporting and empowering employees.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification. You've got the foundation, and you're eager to build on it.
- A willingness to learn and grow, keeping pace with our fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Organisational prowess and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
