We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to support management and staff at their sites on Gelderd Road (central Leeds) Seacroft and Keighley.

- Resourcing and onboarding - manage the recruitment process from advert to induction.
- Employee Relations - promote a collaborative work environment, support managers to achieve respectful, productive and engaged colleagues.
- Support internal communication activity including intranet, notice boards and newsletters.
- Administer the performance management process and support managers to deliver reviews and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure competent use of HR software and ensure trends and metrics are captured and reported correctly.

**The Person**

Proven track record working in a professional HR administration role, ideally a warehouse environment.

Significant experience of working in a standalone HR role (with external support) maintaining strong working relationships with the management team.

NB - This is an onsite in person role based mainly at Gelderd Road, however a driving license to travel to the 2 other sites is important. Working less than full time is a possibility, but an onsite presence every day of the week is necessary.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
