We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Master Production Scheduler** to join the Stannah** **team, based at our site in **Newburn**.

In this role you will be developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve organisational efficiency and help reduce lead times.

As a successful **Production Scheduler** you will be proficient with production planning systems, ERP/MRP and have a thorough understanding of business, manufacturing and supply chain.

To be successful in the role you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have exceptional attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve organisational efficiency
- Analysing data to identify operational, demand and supply trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Leading projects aimed at reducing lead times, improving delivery performance and optimising inventory levels.
- Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
- Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Become the ERP solution SME and lead changes to planning and scheduling processes.

**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications**
- A recognised training in an industry recognised ERP system, e.g., SAP, Oracle.
