Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Master Technician to lead our workshop team and drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the workshop team and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic systems.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks using power tools, hand tools, and garage equipment.
  • Collaborate with the aftersales manager and other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Level 3+ experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
  • Electrical knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workshop equipment repair and assembly processes.
  • Welding experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Air conditioning certificates are a plus, but not essential.
  • UK Driver's license required.
