Master Data Management Coordinator

Your Profile

  • Proficient in understanding comprehensive master data processes and workflows, utilizing this knowledge to design and implement effective master data management strategies.
  • Responsible for maintaining Master Data, including tasks such as creating, modifying, and deleting materials in the Material Master PLM (Product Lifecycle Management); ensuring accurate specifications in PIM (Product Information Management); and leading or contributing to projects related to master data.
  • Provide support for business processes, system management, and data quality governance for master data through effective data coordination and integration, ensuring efficient operations and consistent data flows.
  • Conduct regular data assessments, identify issues or areas for improvement in data management, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actions to enhance data quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external master data policies and procedures, striving to be a champion of the process.
  • Calculate and monitor KPIs, and carry out ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
  • Document work procedures to manage relevant processes effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training on master data for business stakeholders to ensure proper engagement and understanding of Master Data processes.
