About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with business experts and project stakeholders to lead solution delivery teams in specifying, designing, implementing, testing, documenting, and delivering PSImetals solutions to our customers.

This includes:

  • Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into a solution design and specification, and mapping functional requirements to PSImetals modules and features.
  • Supporting customers with the implementation, customization, and commissioning of PSImetals solutions by leading a team of qualified developers and consultants.
  • Utilizing and extending your PSImetals implementation expertise to advise on and design the customer's production processes and system landscape.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Training and supporting the customer in the daily operation of the PSImetals solution.
  • Continuously improving running PSImetals implementations.
  • Performing customer workshops and delivering presentations on specific PSImetals modules.

Key Responsibilities

Necessary:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Integrated Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an MES Consultant, ideally in Steel or Aluminium production.
  • Experience in MES Integration with ERP and L2 Systems.
  • Experience in designing industrial software systems, including understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at our customers' locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with the PSImetals solutions.
  • Knowledge or experience with Planning and Scheduling (APS Systems).
  • Knowledge or experience in the metals industry.
  • Hands-on SQL, PL/SQL, and JAVA development experience.
