Job Title: Legal Workflow Coordinator/Document Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Document Production Specialist to join our in-house legal document production department on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work requests submitted to the Document Production department.
  • Work as a hands-on Document Production Specialist, ensuring the efficient scheduling of work and handing over to colleagues where necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication, and client service orientation.
  • Liaise closely with Document Production and departmental contacts to filter requests as appropriate.
  • Utilise a working knowledge of current Document Production and provide quick turnaround service via email and/or an electronic submission tool.
  • Manage and prioritise assigned projects to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

Requirements: A solid legal document production career history with additional workflow experience is required for this role.
