**Position**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join the team

You will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our UK customers (wholesales, installers, specifiers, etc). Your main missions are the following:

- Ensuring the support of our customers with all their requests (order queries, price queries, delivery status, stocks, technical information etc)
- Promoting Flamco and COMAP solutions to our customers through promotional operations
- Building trust and close relationships with daily customer contact
- Working closely with all departments (Service, External Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounts etc.) to ensure the customers’ satisfaction and meet their expectations.

**Profile**:

- You have held a Customer Service position for at least 2 years
- Your communication and presentation skills are excellent and you understand how to prioritise and organise your workload
- You are customer-oriented, with a strong sense of service
- You act as a real team player, involved in problem solving and have a positive attitute
- You have already worked with an ERP system to process orders (SAP preferably)

**Conditions**:

- Working hours : 39,5h per week (8:30 am to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 4:30 on Friday) - Flexible working hours
- 25 days holiday (plus statutory Bank Holidays) + extra day after every 5 years worked
