Apprentice Customer Service/ Administrator

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:
Assisting the team with general office duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
Booking Appointments
Answering the telephone and directing call to the correct department /person
Allocating appointments in diaries
Liaising with customers via reception duties to meet and greet clients
Contacting customers over the telephone and updating call records
Ensure excellent customer service is being delivered

Computer literate
Good communication skills
Excellent use of spelling and grammar and attention to detail
Professional and polite customer service skills
