**Location**:Cambridge (CB5 8UU) Hybrid is optional but mainly office based.

**Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience, based on 37.5 hours per week)

**The Job**:
We need an outstanding and experienced Office Co-Ordinator/Senior Administrator who would like to be part of a professional, collaborative team, working across all departments for a company that enjoys a great organisational culture. The role will include having responsibility of the office administration access across all departments of administrative and operational.

In time, the role may also include support on sales research and marketing, working in partnership with Commercial Managers to find new business leads.

The role will report into the company Managing Director.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Admin will be the main focus area:

- Managing a Cloud based server (training will be provided) including ensuring all users keep it up to date, keep key data up to date in it and creating new sections for users
- Responsibility for all aspects of office management
- Collecting post, scanning appropriate letters to relevant managers and banking cheques
- Managing company documents such as policies and insurance with support from the company Directors
- Supporting the HR Team with administrative duties
- Working closely with the payroll and finance department
- Supporting the operations team with preparation for new site openings
- Providing support to senior managers and collaborating with the wider team

Sales Marketing - overtime the role will include some elements of:

- Working in partnership with the Commercial Managers to find new business leads
- Researching schools within set areas to find out their current catering arrangements
- Keep detailed record of research and marketing done
- Introducing possible sales leads to the Commercial Manager

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Previous experience in administration
- Working competently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team but also individually
- Ability to have excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate across all functions of the business
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge and previous experience in a busy office environment
