**Job Summary**:
As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR Officer and Director of People, aiding in the smooth operation of the HR department. You will be instrumental in coordinating recruitment processes, managing compliance checks, and maintaining the RADAR healthcare system. This role is critical in ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the organisation's staffing needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Assist the HR Officer and Director of People with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Organise and maintain HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruitment processes.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of job postings and recruitment materials.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all employee documentation complies with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for compliance audits.
- Upload and maintain accurate employee health records in the RADAR healthcare system.
- Ensure that all health data is up-to-date and accessible to authorized personnel only.
- Provide support in managing and tracking employee health screenings and assessments.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience as an HR assistant, or relevant administrative position.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organised and can manage and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good level of proficiency with Microsoft packages, preferably including experience with RADAR healthcare system or similar.
