Temp to perm Expenses Administrator to start in January 2023
Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Hours: 8am - 4pm.
Experience of dealing with employee expenses, particularly SAP Concur would be an advantage.
The tasks involved will be:
- Reviewing and auditing manual expense claims against the Operatives Expenses Policy, to ensure all claims are correct and in line with the policy and approval process, and correct VAT calculated.
- Keeping record of engineers expenses on the Expenses Log Book.
- Submitting expense claims to the processing team in a timely manner to ensure inclusion on weekly payment runs.
SAP Concur Administrator for Staff Expenses
- Creating Concur accounts for new users
- Amending existing accounts for current users
- Dealing with queries and assisting users with claims submitted on Concur
- Running monthly reports to chase late submission of credit card expense claims & manager approvals.
