Position Summary
We are looking for a PA/Team Administrator to join one of our divisional teams at Samsung Electronics and our European Office based in Chertsey.
Role and Responsibilities- You will be responsible for providing support to the senior leaders within our divisions. In addition, you will support broader team activities such as development of team days- Arrange travel and accommodation using internal systems and claim business expenses for employees and the Senior Management team- Arranging meetings both internally and externally to include booking rooms, catering etc. Handling secretarial tasks -Provide supports in holding various events and meetings related to the management and their attendance, the management of the office environment, and participate in secretarial tasks for VIPs.- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity- Researching company data and archived reports- Collecting and sorting post and receiving all calls that come via reception, meeting all visitors- Daily extensive diary management and critical point of contact for organising President, HQ and Regional VPs meetings on behalf of the team- Attending team meetings and sharing notes/ presentation slides post meeting and filing on shared drive- Preparing for new starters - including ordering stationary, management of the org chart and upkeep of team documents- Keeping records, filing and physical inspection Company assets and samples- Coordinating and handling financial records, invoices, credit and final accounts as per project requirement- Be available for any other administrative tasks that are required- Partner closely with Legal, Finance and Procurement for any related queries
Skills and Qualifications
Worked in a large corporate organisation with multiple challenging requests of your time and thrive in a changing, fast paced, upbeat environment. Experience in working through the unknown and building a network to find your way is crucial. High accuracy and attention to detail.

Hard Skills- Previous PA experience- Strong administrative background- Excellent numeracy skills- Consistent track record to understand and follow prescribed processes- Experiences in administration, ideally working with a multi-national company- Demonstrated understanding of business environment and an excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and budgets- Ability to handle the information of the work with support and confidentiality
What does success look like?
Effective management of the team’s diaries and related activities day-to-day. Providing broader support to DR’s and the team. Being a trusted teammate.
