Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Woking MRI. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the admin team, working across two sites: Woking and Chertsey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making telephone bookings for patients attending our services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing an efficient and professional service to patients, the NHS Trust, and private referrers. You will have experience in a healthcare environment, with excellent communication skills and good IT and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making telephone bookings for patients
  • Providing administrative support to the admin team
  • Meeting and greeting patients

You will work primarily based at Woking MRI, but will also be required to work shifts in rotation across Woking and Chertsey. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.
