Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Office Administrator to join our Outpatient Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with healthcare systems and procedures, particularly Cerner, is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Provide administrative support to the team, covering general office duties and tasks from Monday to Friday.
- Handle incoming post, emails, and referrals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
