Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Woking MRI. As a key member of our admin team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Radiographers and Administrators in delivering an efficient and professional service to patients and referrers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare environment and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have strong IT and administrative skills.
About the Role- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Location: Woking MRI, Surrey
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
You will be required to work shifts in rotation across Woking and Chertsey sites, making it essential to have a flexible and organized approach to your work.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the admin team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Make telephone bookings for patients attending our services.
- Meet and greet patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, referrers, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to manage schedules, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
