We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced high calibre Executive Assistant who thrives on being involved in a fast
- paced organisation.

As an Executive Assistant with Compass Group you will provide operational and administrative support to enable delivery of our strategic aims. In addition to being organised and analytical, you must possess strong awareness and be able to communicate successfully across all stakeholders. You will demonstrate the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality, as well as being resourceful and effective by being efficient and forward thinking in your approach.

Key responsibilities as Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:

- Proactively managing day-to-day workload providing assistance in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner. Offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions when required
- Maintain and coordinate complex diary management
- Collation, consolidation and issue of monthly reports and agendas ahead of meetings
- Organising events, national travel and preparation of business itineraries
- Project management
- Facilitate all legal, supplier, property and shareholder document signing for portfolio businesses
- Preparing personal expenses and submitting credit card consolidation
- Working with senior stakeholders and executive teams to ensure key deadlines, actions and milestones are tracked and delivered on time
- Internal database and folder management of sensitive files and company documents
- Procurement management including the approval processes
