Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

- Sales Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve overall store performance.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
