**Job Scope**:
To efficiently execute, enhance and oversee paid media initiatives which encompass paid search, performance display and paid social, with assistance from third-party agencies. Successful execution of vital campaigns within our brand portfolio to increase website traffic, revenue and return on investment (ROI) to meet our business objectives.

**Key Objectives**:

- Crafting data-driven campaigns, guiding the selection of precise first-party data segments and target audiences for our CRM team and delivering invaluable insights to our third-party agency.
- Stepping into the heart of day-to-day account management, you'll expertly navigate PPC accounts, steering campaigns, monitoring performance and delving deep into KPI analysis.
- From campaign planning to creative briefs, setup, activation and comprehensive evaluations, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes.
- The dynamic world of performance display networks will be under your expert care as you mastermind and facilitate the delivery of these campaigns across platforms.
- You'll be the architect of our paid media briefing process, seamlessly connecting the dots between our internal and external teams, ensuring that high quantity and top-quality campaigns are consistently delivered, all meticulously tracked on Trello.
- Your responsibilities extend to providing weekly reporting across our paid media channels, where you'll identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer insightful analysis to fine-tune our performance.
- Staying ahead of the curve is in your DNA, as you regularly analyse competitors and champion best practices to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.

**Working Relationships**:
This pivotal role is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional who’s able to collaborate closely with Resort marketing teams, ensuring seamless planning, constructive feedback, meticulous asset management and the exchange of industry best practices.
You’ll forge strong connections with Resort eCommerce Managers and our Affiliate Executive, fostering a collaborative environment that coordinates campaigns for maximum performance impact.
Your relationship with our agency team will be a cornerstone of success. Together, you'll consistently deliver exceptional performance that not only meets but surpasses our targets and budgetary considerations.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Proficient in Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics and major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Hands-on experience in running in-house paid media campaigns.
- Excel proficiency for report creation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities for a hands-on role.
- Effective project management skills, managing multiple projects, teams, campaigns and agencies concurrently.
