Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for an **CRM Audience Specialist UK** to join our Marketing team. This role will be based at Our Merlin Technical Hub in Thorpe Park Resort on a permanent basis, reporting into the Senior CRM Manager UK. The salary on offer is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

**About You...**
- You will have considerable experience in a digital marketing role, where you specifically handled database analysis, data segmentation and/or paid media ad setups, as well as;
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and quick turn arounds
- Good organisational skills
- Understanding of or experience with relational data tables required
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and/or Advertising Studio platform is a HUGE plus, but not necessary
- Working knowledge of database management as it relates to targeting/re-targeting for paid media use
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint to create and update campaign engagement reports
- Relevant Google Analytics experience is an advantage
- A thirst for continuous learning in a customer and data driven arena
- A can-do attitude who will represent the company in a professional and confident manner to external parties
