**Administration Assistant (Property Development Team)**

**Salary - up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)**
**Full time role. Hybrid working model.**

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our developments team and help us to deliver our Nationwide plan.
**What will your role look like?**
As the Administration Assistant at Welcome Break, you will be part of the wider Developments team, and report into the Developments Manager.
You will help the Developments team with Purchase Orders, Contacting Suppliers, Collating information for project hand overs and help in chasing costs from contractors and suppliers
Your responsibilities:
- To provide full secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Finance Director
- Key point of contact for site risk issues
- Contact contractors and suppliers
- Organise delivery of direct orders
- Assist raise purchase orders and send out purchase order numbers
- Assist and coordinate Operations Manuals on completion of works
- Keep works tracker up to date
- Site Communication regarding development issues.
**About you**
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced team preferred
- Able to use PC with various programmes, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to follow instructions from Project Managers Able to work on own initiativ
