We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to join our growing team at The Elocution Coach. Despite being a small business, we provide a large number of courses, programmes, events and workshops to individuals and corporations worldwide. This role is key to ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience, from beginning to end. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage both the backend administrative duties of the company, whilst also being a friendly and approachable member of the team that clients can rely on. Although the majority of the role is customer facing, around 20% of it will be providing executive support to our founder and Managing Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Upholding office services by managing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and overseeing customer requests.
- Ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office, contributing to the delivery of superior customer service.
- Acting as the point of contact between the MD and internal or external persons.
- Supporting the MD by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing necessary documents and presentations.
- Assisting other staff with general operational tasks, facilitating an organised and efficient office environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating an ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and other standard office management software.
- Comfortability with using most office based equipment and technology.
**Personal Skills**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, reflecting our company's focus on high-quality delivery.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
**Salary**: £22,880.00 per year
