**Job Description**:
Our client based in Celtic Springs is looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.
Previous office administration experience is essential together with excellent IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Duties will include: - Processing documents- Maintaining accurate records- Accessing information- Investigating mapping systems- Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets-
- Excellent numerical, analytical and keyboard sills.- Good working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Access- Knowledge of GIS and SAP Systems would be an advantage- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Hours of work are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility during busy periods.
