**Position**:Customer Service Coordinator
- **Salary**: £22,500 rising after probation to £23,500

- **Hours**: 8.30am-5pm / 9am -5.30pm Monday to Friday - one late shift a week 11am to 7.30pm - one weekend a month 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday with 2 days in lieu
- Up to 3 days a week remote working available
We are looking for a Customer Service and Administration coordinator to join a friendly team in the centre of Brighton acting as the first port of call for customer service on the phone and also as an administrator for clients and the office in general.
You will assist a busy team, answering general enquiries and responding to multiple queries with detailed and sometimes technical information.
The role includes:
- Processing inbound and outbound post
- Process all new customer data including some complex financial information
- Completion of administration tasks as required
You’ll need to be articulate and a strong communicator both written and verbally, with strong attention to detail and ideally some previous customer service and admin experience.
The hours are 8.30am-5pm or 9am -5.30pm Monday to Friday with one later day each week working 11am to 7.30pm. You will be required to work one weekend a month 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday but with 2 days off in the week to compensate.
The salary will be £22,500 rising to £23,500 after the 6 month probation period.
This role is office based in Brighton a minimum of 2 days per week but with the option of being in the office more if you would like.
