About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Support Coordinator to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Solar Install Support Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Install Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to our Solar customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Install Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the regional field team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with the customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
