Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Co-op Digital, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This part-time position offers a unique blend of leadership and customer-facing responsibilities that will help you grow professionally and personally.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Leading and supporting a team of customer-facing staff
- Providing coaching and supervision to ensure excellent customer service
- Deputising for the Store Manager when necessary
- Managing the store's operations, including re-stocking shelves and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Developing and implementing new ideas to improve customer satisfaction and store performance
