We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Support Coordinator to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Solar Install Support Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Install Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Install Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the regional field team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
