Join Our Team as a Solar Install Support Team Leader

As a Solar Install Support Team Leader at Octopus Energy, you'll play a crucial role in supporting customers in using low carbon tech products we're installing in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Install Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve installation support services, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • Collaborate with regional field teams to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline installation support processes
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and evolve
