About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Medical Assistance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe, ensuring they receive the support they need during times of uncertainty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical help and guidance to customers who may be distressed or vulnerable
  • Liaise with our in-house Medical team to coordinate medical assistance and emergency medical travel services
  • Offer customer service support regarding policy cover, monitoring, and reporting on patient status and coordination of travel emergencies
  • Provide pre-travel advice, arrange medical appointments or hospitalization abroad, and coordinate air ambulances
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all case handling in our system
  • Proactively handle escalated calls and resolve complaints
  • Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives
