**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - OVERVIEW**
An exciting opportunity has become available with this innovative and growing lifestyle business in a hands-on Accounts Payable Assistant role. The position is based in our Central London Head Office looking after all of the day-to-day transactional accounting entries for the various head office entities. The role reports to the Head Office Account - Corporate.

**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**
- Posting of all supplier invoices across all Generator head office entities
- Reconciling supplier statements on a regular basis
- Posting of banking transactions and account reconciliation
- Ensure strict adherence to all finance policies for purchasing and employee expenses in accordance with the approval matrix
- Administrate employee expense and corporate credit card systems
- Posting of employee expenses into the finance system accurately as per the policy
- Posting of credit card transaction into the finance systems
- Running the payment run report for review and approval
- Update monthly foreign exchange rates on system
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Generate monthly Intercompany charges and management fee invoices and maintain internal tracker
- Posting of journals
- Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by management

- Demonstrable experience of owning the accounts payable process from start to finish
- Similar AP experience in a multinational environment
