**What we’re looking for**:

- Do you have experience of administration or team support, preferably within a professional setting?
- Are you confident working with Excel and Data, for example data collation and presenting (_any prior_ _analysis skills or experience would be good but not essential_)?
- Do you have a background in content creation for social media and/or generic marketing and communications knowledge?
- Do you have experience of supporting corporate events or event management?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a **Communities Assistant **on a permanent basis.

**A bit about the role**:
As a** Communities Assistant ,** you provide administrative support to the Economic Inclusion team within Peabody Community Foundation (PCF) enabling the effective delivery of community programmes and services.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- You will assist colleagues in collating and analysing data to illustrate the impact of our work in quarterly reports, case studies and through media content.
- You will support the delivery of community events, projects, and activities.
- You will support with the project planning and evaluation ensuring that performance indicators and outcomes are accurately recorded and reported working with our internal audit teams.
- You will update and maintain partnership records and systems in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- You will promote activity, share best practice, co-ordinate delivery and help to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in Peabody Body offices is required along with being able to work some evenings and weekends on an ad hoc basis._
