As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communication efforts. You will work closely with the Communications Manager to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and assist in executing strategic communication plans. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the communications team
- Respond to customer inquiries via carious face to face channels in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer needs.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,407.78 per year
