Communications Assistant

As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communication efforts. You will work closely with the Communications Manager to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and assist in executing strategic communication plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about effective communication and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the communications team
- Respond to customer inquiries via carious face to face channels in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer needs.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
