Job description

The job will involve supporting the Communications Manager to develop a diverse range of external-facing materials, a vibrant social media presence, along with managing media administration and updates to the website.
- Assist with media administration - compiling media clips every morning, building press lists, identifying potential media opportunities.
- Support with event administration - including ordering catering, booking rooms etc.
- Support the design and dissemination of innovative and engaging communications, including publishing research reports, developing tools and guides, liaising with external stakeholders, and working with external suppliers such as designers and typesetters.
- Undertake projects and duties as required or requested by the Communications Manager or Head of Communications and Engagement.
- Carry out desk research relating to communications activities and projects, and keep up to date with topical higher education sector issues which have pertinence to TASO communications.
