I am after two temp Admin supports for our client based in WV1.
Min 3 month requirement
20 hours and 25 hours needed.
Rate of pay £12-13ph.
Core duties and responsibilities: Assisting the team by handling incoming enquiries to the company in a prompt and professional manner.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- answering incoming calls to the company and forwarding them to the relevant members of the team
- processing incoming orders
- troubleshooting issues in a responsive manner
- supporting with managing order-related enquiries
- basic office administration
Skills and qualifications:
- previous experience in an administration role
- strong IT skills
- excellent customer services
- ability to thrive in a busy sales environment
- good organisational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work without direct supervision
