Due to growth, we have a new opportunity for a **Accounts Administrator **join our central finance team based in **Codsall, Wolverhampton.**

**Job Title: Accounts Administrator**

**Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum**

**Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm (37.5hrs) - Office Based**

**Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for below;**
- Managing and maintaining the administration of pay and charge rates sheets
- Helping to maximise gross margin through good monitoring and management 
- Ensuring that any changes are in line with legislation e.g. - National Minimum Wage
- Setting up new clients within the system
- Communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Producing reports as requested (Excel)

**Essential Experience**:

- Proficient in the use of VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables, within MS Excel
- A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and customer skills
- A team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
