**We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.**

You will support the recruitment and compliance process for new Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses coming into the business.

You will administer pre-employment checks to ensure all staff are fully compliant and have clearance to work.

This role is varied, and we require someone who has both excellent customer service and administration skills in abundance.
- Obtaining references
- Verifying ID documentation
- DBS payments
- Processing of the DBS checks
- Liaising with local offices

This position is fast paced, and the priorities do change often so adaptability and excellent organisation skills are essential.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, who ideally has worked in a similar position.

We use a variety of inhouse systems including Microsoft Excel, it will be ideal if you have some experience using similar systems.

You will be able to evidence the above requirements, knowledge of industry legislation and safer recruitment practices is advantageous.

**This is a full-time, office based role between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.**
