Snug Rugs Ltd is an established online retail company, trading for over 10 years. We specialise in Footwear and Apparel.
We are looking for a Customer Operation Administrator to join the team. This is a primarily a computer based role. This is a varied role with excellent development opportunity to learn all aspects of an online retail business.
Main duties
- Customer service messages
- Answering the phone
- Processing returns and refunds
- Supporting supplier ordering
- Customer order admin
Additional duties
- New product photography and editing
- Creating product descriptions
- Listing new products on our internet channels
Key skills / experience required
- Basic computer skills essential
- Good telephone manner essential
- Excel desirable
- Attention to detail essential
This is a full time role - hours 8:30am - 5:00pm - Mon to Fri.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
