Customer Service Administrator

**Keel Toys Ltd is one of the leading designers and distributors of soft toys in Europe with an extensive blue chip customer base.**
**We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our established Customer Service team. This is a varied and challenging role requiring great communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to promote strong customer business relationships.**
**You would provide dedicated support to one of our external Sales Reps, helping to look after their accounts by liaising directly with customers to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner, processing orders, ensuring that compliance and quality systems are met, whilst delivering a great service for our customers.**

**This is a permanent full time position, working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.**
