Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

  • Manage and process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation to meet customer expectations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
