Service Administrator

**Job description** Our client based in Ashford, is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team. This is a customer service role answering calls and logging breakdowns.
Duties include:
- Answering high volume of telephone calls, logging breakdowns, and answering client queries.
- Allocating calls to engineers
- Organising engineers’ maintenance routes / booking in jobs with clients
- Dealing with emergency calls and responding with urgency in a calm and patient manner
- Chasing clients for order numbers
- Manning/ managing the helpdesk mailbox
- Using internal in house system for all administrative tasks.
- Adding Insurance reports to the internal in house system.
Experience Required:
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, customer service, call centre, maintenance, repair or engineer dispatch
- Client relationship management
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
**Salary**:£22,500 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
