**Salary**: £10ph
**Term**: Temporary to permanent
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
**Culture**: Working in a busy administration department within the Company's vital team based in Ashford.
Our client is recruiting for a temporary to permanent Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. This role is an important position within the business, you will be working closely with customers whilst providing an efficient experience,ensuring all administration and sales order documentation is accurately inputted on the system.
**Your key responsibilities wouldbe**:
- Processing sales orders
- Dealing with enquiries via telephone
- Proof reading orders to ensure all details have been logged correctly
- Contacting customers to advise if there any changes or delays to their order
- Confident telephone manor
- 1+ year's administration experience
- Competent using all MS Office programmes, including Excel
- Educated to GCSE standard
