Would you like to work for one of our favourite clients who we have recruited for over 10 years? We are recruiting for Customer Care Administrators to join our client's team during a very busy period.

This is the dream temporary role, great hours, greatpay, great company, all working as part of an Award Winning Customer Care team.

You will be working for a prestigious instantly recognisable company based in Ashford, Kent.

The modern offices are based right by Ashford International Station so if you don't drive this isn't an issue, however free parking is also on offer.

This is a temporaryrole however they are also recruiting permanently at the moment so this could be a great career move.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Supporting the Customer Care team
  • Contacting customers regarding any missing information or detail
  • Responding to issues and complaints
  • Calculating and issuing refunds
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • A strong command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous customer service experience in an office based environment
  • Immediate availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
